KYOSHI ISLAND

After Avatar Aang became Ruler benders were allowed to take root in any territory, Iroh, brother of the former fire king and uncle to the new fire king first established his Tea Shop The Jasmine Dragon in Ba Sing Se, it was wildly successful and he was able to branch our making chains all across the globe! His tea blends are magnificent and it is a can't miss destination.

Although this is a seasonal treat it is still worth mentioning, the parade of vendors that come through the village to celebrate Avatar Day! One of the most popular snacks is Unfried Dough, to commemorate the day Avatar Aang was not burned in a vat of tar. There are many other treats to honor not only Avatar Aang but Avatar Kyoshi for whom the Island was named.

Having traveled all over the globe 'Cabbage Man' has seen all the sights there is to see in the Earth Kingdom and decided to plant his roots here. He now happily sells salads and other cabbage based foods in peace from his cabbage cart far away from any shenanigans that might befall his beloved cart, and although he has been through many trials and tribulations he triumphs here on Kyoshi Island.
