Welcome to Kyoshi Island

Come visit the small island town for a nice getaway vaction, located south of the Earth kingdom's territory and north east of the Southern Air Temple, it is close enough to other countries and yet far away enough to be far from your worries. There are many fun activities to do around the small town it is fun for the whole family!

Establishment

Before the Island was an island it was connected to the southern border of the Earth Kingdom. The island is named after Avatar Kyoshi as she established it many generations ago when the Ruler Chin the Conqueror threatened to take control over the small town and Avatar Kyoshi would not have it. She used her very powerful bending to separate the town from the main land, making it an island off the coast of the Earth Kingdom, at this point Chin the Conqueror was no longer a threat and the land was renamed Kyoshi Island after it's savior
