I am currently a design and production student at UTD and am hoping to find a job in the field of graphic design or maybe UI/UX design, I started off as an animation student but really didn't like that path I started on, I also have tried my hand at coding and I'm not the best at that either, I have really felt I have exceled in designing things for people and understanding why people like the designs they do so that is what lead me to choose the job listing I chose today.
I believe this job would be a good fit for me as a student who has studied UI/UX design for the last 3 years I feel like I'm fairly decent at the craft and I will only get better with more experience, say from this job. the job listing requires a bachelors degree which i am working to complete, and after doing some cursory research I like what the company stands for which is always a plus when finding a company to work for, and it is remote which is a plus. This is a more ambitious job listing to post as it is looking for a graphic design leader so I would be head of a team rather than just a worker, but I believe this job could be something I work up to. I already meet some of the qualifications such as experience in verbal and written communication, and responding well to feedback, I feel like this job is a good end goal maybe not the first job I apply for straight out of college. I feel like I would be a good fit for this job as it's here in Dallas and they are looking for people who have graduated and are still in school, this is a paid internship for the summer and while it has some job requirements like experience in the adobe suite they are also looking for someone who is open to learn which I believe I fit the bill.
